On April 29, 2026, Nakayla J. Hall was sentenced on a probation violation to
twelve (12) months in prison.
Hall previously was convicted of felony theft from Wal-Mart. On April 13,
2025, Hall and several co-defendants stole over $5,500 worth of Legos from the
Celina Wal-Mart. Hall pled guilty to the offense and initially was sentenced to
probation. Hall absconded from her probation in December 2025 and recently was
taken into custody. In addition to the prison sanction handed down today, the court
once again ordered Hall to pay restitution to Wal-Mart
