On May 13, 2026, Jamarcus Davis was sentenced to thirty months in prison
for third-degree-felony domestic violence. Davis has twice before been convicted of
domestic-violence offenses in Mercer County, which enhanced the felony level of
this offense. The Celina Police Department responded to an emergency call in
January 2026 and through multiple lines of investigation, identified video footage of
the incident. That footage was provided to the judge to view and consider before
sentencing.
