On July 7, 2026, Amy StHilaire pled guilty to Aggravated Possession
of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

This charge stems from an incident that occurred in May 2026. Celina
Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in which
StHilaire was a passenger. A K9 was called to the scene and alerted to the odor
of illegal narcotics in the vehicle. After searching the vehicle, officers located
methamphetamine in StHilaire’s purse.

StHilaire will be sentenced on August 19, 2026. She faces between 6
12 months in prison, a $2,500 fine, and a potential license suspension up to 5
years.
