On March 2, 2026, Joshua R. Mullins pleaded guilty to seven counts of Rape, felonies of the first degree.  The charges stem from Mullins engaging in sexual conduct with three victims who were between the ages of 4 and 8 at the time of the offenses.  Defendant will be sentenced on April 10, 2026.
