On March 24, 2026, Kelcey L. Frye pled guilty to Failure to Appear as
Required by Recognizance, a felony of the fourth degree. The charge stemmed from
Frye’s failure to show up for a sentencing hearing in a separate felony case (24-
CRM-079) that is pending in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Frye will be sentenced on April 1, 2026. He faces a maximum of eighteen
(18) months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Fye also will be sentenced in Case No. 24-CRM-079, wherein Frye pled guilty
to two (2) felony drug possession offenses and a misdemeanor possession of drug
paraphernalia offense. In that case, he faces a maximum of twenty-four months in
prison and a $5,000 fine
