On March 25, 2026, Randy L. Wyerick pled guilty to two (2) counts of Sexual
Battery and seven (7) counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, all felonies of the third
degree. The charges stem from Wyerick engaging in sexual contact and/or sexual
conduct with two (2) victims who were between the ages of 8 and 15 years old when
the offenses occurred.
Wyerick will be sentenced on May 13, 2026. He faces a maximum of fortyfive (45) years in prison and $95,500 in fines.
