Retired Mercer County Judge Jeffrey Ingraham, sitting by assignment,
sentenced Joshua Mullins to an aggregate 42 years in prison on Friday, April 10,
2026, in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas. The sentence consists of seven
six-year terms imposed consecutively for seven counts of forcible rape against three
victims when their ages ranged from 3-8 years old. The offenses occurred in
Coldwater, Ohio between January 1, 2012, and December 31, 2014, and Mullins
pleaded guilty to the charges in early March 2026. The Coldwater Police
Department led the investigation beginning in December 2025 after one of the
victims reported Mullins’s conduct
