On August 26, 2026, Jeremy E. Hague pled guilty to Attempted Failure to
Provide Notice of Change of Address (a felony of the third degree) and two counts
of Violating a Protection Order (both felonies of the fifth degree) in two separate
matters.

Hague is a Tier III Sex Offender and is required to notify the Mercer County
Sheriff’s Office twenty days before changing his residence. He failed to do so.
Hague also violated the terms of a Civil Protection Order in March 2026 and while
incarcerated in the Mercer County Jail in May 2026.

Hague will be sentenced on September 23, 2026. He faces a maximum of 5
years in prison and $15,000 in fines.
