On February 25, 2026, David W. Ebright pled guilty to Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address and Failure to Provide Notice of Change in Vehicle Information or Identifiers.  Both offenses are felonies of the third degree. 

The charges stemmed from Ebright’s failure to comply with Ohio’s sex offender registration laws.  Ebright was classified a Tier III Sex Offender following a conviction for Sexual Battery in 2020.

Ebright will be sentenced on March 25, 2026.  He faces a maximum of 72 months in prison and $20,000 fine.
