On July 29, 2026, Scott E. Froning pled guilty to Possession of LSD, a felony
of the fifth degree. The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred around 11:00
PM on June 20, 2026. Froning was acting erratically in the parking lot of business
on East Market Street in Celina. While speaking with officers, Froning took an item
out of his pocket and threw it. When officers collected the item, they discovered that
it contained LSD.

Froning will be sentenced on August 26, 2026. He faces a maximum of 12
months in prison and a $2,500 fine.
