On May 28, 2026, Chad A. Ralston pled guilty to Failure to Verify Address, a
felony of the fourth degree. Ralston is a Tier II Sex Offender and therefore is
required to verify his residence address and other information with the Mercer
County Sheriff’s Office every 180 days. Ralston failed to meet the requisite
verification deadline.

Ralston will be sentenced on July 2, 2026. He faces a maximum of eighteen
(18) months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
