On March 20, 2026, Braylan A. Chrisman pled guilty to Attempted Having
Weapons While Under Disability (a felony of the fourth degree) and two counts of
Possession of Cocaine (felonies of the fifth degree). Chrisman also agreed to forfeit
six (6) firearms.
The charges stem from a search conducted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s
Office on March 2, 2026. During the search, deputies found cocaine in Chrisman’s
vehicle and residence. Deputies also found multiple firearms.
Chrisman will be sentenced on April 22, 2026. He faces a maximum 36
months in prison and $10,000 fine
