On September 11, 2026, Cristina J. Gann was sentenced to 4 years and 9
months in prison. Gann’s prison sentence arose from three drug related convictions:
Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (a felony of the third degree), Aggravated
Trafficking in Drugs (a felony of the second degree), and Aggravated Possession of
Drugs (a felony of the second degree). The drug at issue was methamphetamines.
Gann was indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury after a weeks-long
investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force, which culminated in a search of Gann’s
residence. During that search, officers located over thirty grams of
methamphetamines.
